Any thoughts on where to buy wide shallow stretched canvases ? Around 24"x8" or thereabouts. I will go wider and shallower though !

I need online suppliers as of course I live out in the sticks !

Thanks in advance for all the time you folks will spend on this question :P

I do use them Denis, thanks. And they certainly produce good quality.

I was just looking for equal quality at half the price !!!

Ken Bromley take some beating---and they will match any other website for price as well. They have a great range of sizes.

Art Discount is another good one, as is Newcastle Art and Great Art--Im sure there are more but those are the first that come to mind!

like di i've used ken bromley - buy the carton quantity canvasses, i reckon the price then is superb, and the service is excellent - mine are always here next day and thats good for rural rural norfolk - seems to take most stuff an age to get here.... over the years i've finally amassed a few dif sizes (but never have enough!!)- the 40 x 16 inch is a useful one, and i've used 18 x 6 ins quite often too.

Take a look at cowling and wilcox as they have some canvas sizes that are half the price like for like size wise so instead of price of 2 you get 4 for prices on art discount and ken bromleys
