Got to be a scam?

Just received the following message. Have checked out dates for the International Art Fair in Paris and they are in March not April so can't be legit can it?
Have also seen Art Space gallery before and they charge fees for exhibiting.Couldn't find the email on the scam search though but a company wouldn't use gmail would they?

It seems that ILLEGALLY you are inviting artists to register for an Art Fair which is supposedly will be taking place in our gallery in Paris, without our knowledge.

I advise you to withdraw such an offer without delay, otherwise you will be pursued legally.

We have tried to contact you and non of the phone numbers are responding.

Unless we hear from you within 24 hours we intend to advise authorities for an in-dept investigation
