How to add your avatar

Hi there,

I have tried to add my avatar without success. This is a pic on my desktop, and when I input the "path" it gives me an error saying invalid. I have also tried to upload a pic from my website, without success. I saw the post, but when I try to open the "thread" it give me another error message saying the page cannot be displayed. Please advise?
