PostSignature on your art work

by ArminRoshdi » Tue Sep 10, 2013 4:40 pm

Hey guys, up until now I've always just put my signature on all my art work, be it tradition or digital. However I've come to realise that perhaps people who don't know me won't recognise the art work as my own as my signature isn't really legible.

I'm just wondering, what do you guys do? Do you put your signature or do you just write out your name or even have a little sign or something? I don't know if I should just start printing my name clearly in the corner or come up with my own artistic sign or something. Thanks for your help!

Hello Armin, I usually put my normal signiture on the right of an artwork.
Some people date the piece too. I was told not to date paintings on the front but on the back
so as not to detract from the painting.
Kenneth.
