oh yes, sarartist is so angry with us that she almost passed up the chance to plug newartoriginals again.....but not quite...

Well I didn't so much get a response from New Art Originals as just another automated email. It did have more detail about to cost of showing my work with them for a whole year, but I have to say based on the feedback I've seen here, their website, and some videos on youtube of their events, its not for me. I do agree that if you have to pay for a gallery to take on your work its usually a sign that they'll a) take on anyone and your work might be shown with a lot of amateurs or just plain crap, b) there's not much incentive for them to sell your work, they've already been guaranteed their money, and c) all the investment is on the artists side, and the gallery doesn't have anything invested in showing your work .
